In the Renaissance style as celebrated by Auguste Pugin, a double sided oval gem pendant set about with rich burgundy hued cabochon cut Garnets framed by Pearls and further ornamented with 18ct Gold wirework and beading. A fascinating and interesting find with a distinctively 'historic' look.
Of Continental and likely Italian origin and in the style of the great jeweller Giuliano who born in Naples was famous for his Revival style jewellery all across Europe.
NB: if possible to be worn with rich velvets and spun gold lace.
